Approved Catering Options

Below is a list of outside catering options (non-Aramark), that have been approved for use in the ECU Student Centers. If you are interested in becoming an approved outside caterer, please email Teresa Baro at barot17@ecu.edu.

• Approved outside catering options are available for Internally Hosted Events (Registered Student Orgs or Campus Depts.) and all events at the Health Sciences Student Center.
• External events in the Main Campus Student Center are required to use Aramark.

All approved outside caters must provide Pepsi products, including bottled water, for all events catered at ECU due to the Pouring Rights contract ECU has with Minges Bottling Company.
