Approved Catering Options

Below is a list of outside catering options (non-Aramark), that have been approved for use in the ECU Student Centers. All national chains that have a Catering menu are allowed, examples being: Panera, Olive Garden, Domino’s, Papa John’s, etc.

We do not accept food trucks, food wagons, or mobile style vendors as approved outside caterers. All mobile food vendors must be approved by Aramark/ECU Dining Services.

If you are interested in becoming an approved outside caterer, you must be within a 45 minute drive to Greenville, NC. Please email Teresa Baro at barot17@ecu.edu.

• Approved outside catering options are available for Internally Hosted Events (Registered Student Orgs or Campus Depts.)
• External events inside the Student Centers are required to use Aramark.

All approved outside caterers must provide Pepsi products, including bottled water, for all events catered at ECU due to the Pouring Rights contract ECU has with Minges Bottling Company.
