How To Reserve Space – Student Orgs
STEP 1: Complete the “25Live Requester Training” in order to access the 25Live Reservation Scheduling System
(Registered Student Organizations can register for the “25Live Training” through the PIRATE EXPERIENCE Form)
STEP 2: Log in to 25Live using your ECU Pirate ID and Password
STEP 3: Submit your reservation request in 25Live by completing all required fields of the Event Form, and clicking the “SAVE” button
STEP 4: You will receive notification via email or phone when your request is approved and/or denied. Requests typically take 2-3 business days to process.
In order to properly serve students, faculty and staff, CRO requests at least a two weeks notice for any event that requires a set-up or production services assistance. Larger events require 4-6 weeks notice.
