Fall 2023 Reservations Open

The Central Reservations Office is responsible for overseeing space scheduling and event logistics at East Carolina University. With a strong emphasis on providing quality service, the Central Reservations Office offers guidance in event scheduling and planning, and works with the campus facilities and service providers to help ensure a successful event. In order to properly serve students, faculty and staff, CRO requests two weeks notice for any event that requires a set-up or production services assistance.

CRO is no longer accepting reservations for Summer 2023. Wright Auditorium will be offline and unavailable to reserve until October 31, 2023. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
