In order to become an Approved Caterer for ECU Student Centers, vendors must:

Submit online (use form below) or email to CRO@ecu.edu

Registration Information:

Please complete the CRO Outside Catering Agreement Form and submit the required information listed on the CRO Outside Caterer Checklist (see below). We no longer require the $75 processing and annual fee.

Please email the completed packets and requested information to: CRO@ecu.edu or submit using the File Upload feature below – attach PDF/scanned copies of the requested info by using the “Choose File” button.

Please provide all information requested in the Checklist Please read, sign, and submit this agreement packet to the Central Reservations Office prior to the Catering Expo Please provide a copy of the most recent Food Inspection Report and submit with Catering Agreement Caterers must provide proof of current Liability Insurance coverage Please provide a copy of current W-9 form with Tax ID Number
