When To Submit Reservation Requests
Campus Departments, Student Organizations, and External Users may submit requests for space in the following areas of campus on the dates listed below.
Any requests submitted prior to the dates listed, will be DENIED and must be re-submitted on the appropriate date. Student Organizations are not allowed to reserve space after Reading Day or before the first day of classes.
Main Student Center, Mendenhall Student Center, Health Sciences Student Center, Wright Auditorium, & The Brickyard
